The item I received is not the one advertised, it’s not the Lenmar brand by Sharp. It’s some generic brand.

I bought this from batterycenter. The company seems to be ecent and helpful. However, I was fooled by the image and the description on the main page. I thought I was getting an original Lenmar for $3.99. Turns out it is a generic Smartbatt. Wish they’d use theat in the product description instead of the Lenmar name and image. I’m keeping the generic battery to avoid going through further hassle. I hope they work.

After a few years the original NiMH batteries in our CLX series phones started to give strange diagnostic messages, like “Low Battery” when the readout was not low and they had just come off of charge. Replacing the batteries with these ones has cured the problems

I’ve ordered replacement batteries from Ebay vendors that were just crap; they gave out in a couple of months. But these Lenmar replacements are working like a charm; still working and holding their charge. Uniden charges $20 for these batteries, these are much cheaper and works just as good.
