my first order through Amazon and was happy that they delivered the product on time. Once the package was opened it was not at all a pleasant feeling as the frame was full of scratches and was not looking as new. don’t know who goofed up but it was sad to see such kind of delivery from Amazon team.
I think other sellers were better.
I would have returned the same but have to leave for my home country and have bought this as a gift for my family. I feel bad as due to someone else’s fault fun of handing a brand new gift will be missing
Hope u guys can improve.
Product is good and I am happy with my choice.

I was looking for a gift. I had searched the stores looking for the style and features. I found this one in a local store and hit Amazon to see if I could get a better price. Which of course I did. I also checked the reviews and found I needed a memory card. The memory card was easy to load with pictures and the frame was easy to set up to accept the photos from the memory card.
I packed the frame back into the original box from Amazon and mailed it off to my friend. It got there in great shape, and she loved it.
